Lessons are 1:1 with Elinor. A 10-lesson package (1400 NIS) is valid for 90 days from your first booking. You may cancel a lesson up to 12 hours before its start time to keep your credit; cancellations within 12 hours consume the credit. Reminders are sent 24 hours and 45 minutes before each lesson. A low-credits notice is sent when 2 lessons remain, and an expiry notice 7 days before the package lapses.
